Your 60 minute appointment begins with a short assessment to understand your needs. Followed by a massage tailored to your treatment goals & preferred pressure. Focusing on supporting your body’s wellbeing, easing tension & restoring balance. Treatment may combine a range of techniques including relaxation & deep tissue massage, static stretching & trigger point therapy.
Cancellation Policy
All online bookings will require a $50 booking deposit. In the case of a no show or cancellation with less than 24hrs notice this booking fee will not be refunded. If suitable notice of appointment changes is given, this fee can be transferred to the future booking or if needed, refunded as per guidelines below. Action massage recognises that there are unexpected circumstances that may impede on your booking and this will be considered in cases of emergency. Clients will be required to pay the remaining cost of their appointment upon completion of the treatment at the clinic on the day.
