At Action Massage all clients are treated with dignity & respect. We endeavour to provide a smooth, welcoming and valuable experience for all of our clients in a timely manner. We ask that clients arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment time for ease of scheduling.  Your first visit will require the completion of our health history form which we will then discuss with you, so we can best assess your needs and deliver you optimal current and future treatments. ​All online bookings will require a $50 booking deposit. In the case of a no show or cancellation with less than 24hrs notice this booking fee will not be refunded. If suitable notice of appointment change is given, this fee can be transferred to the future booking or refunded if needed. We recognise that unexpected circumstances may impede on your booking and this will be considered in cases of emergency. ​ Clients will be required to pay any remaining cost of their appointment upon completion of the treatment at the clinic on the day. Clients under 18 years of age are to be accompanied by an adult.
