Service Description
Session includes 20 - 30min Compression suit session (with arm, leg & hip options) to help warm your muscles and improve circulation. Followed by assisted stretching utilising passive stretching and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation). This advanced contract-relax technique safely helps to bypass your natural stretch reflex, unlocking a deeper, safer release than you could achieve on your own.
Cancellation Policy
All online bookings will require a $50 booking deposit. In the case of a no show or cancellation with less than 24hrs notice this booking fee will not be refunded. If suitable notice of appointment changes is given, this fee can be transferred to the future booking or if needed, refunded as per guidelines below. Action massage recognises that there are unexpected circumstances that may impede on your booking and this will be considered in cases of emergency. ​ Clients will be required to pay the remaining cost of their appointment upon completion of the treatment at the clinic on the day.
